To make the donation process easier in BSJ
Donating to important causes in BSJ can be confusing and time-consuming. Project Donate makes it easy and accessible for everyone in the BSJ community. Instead of contacting certain members of the BSJ staff, you can easily access all the donation forms to charities/the schools for underprivileged children on this system or use the QR codes around the school to directly go to the donation form. In the future, for monetary donations, we plan to do the transaction solely through the QR code rather than using a form to make it easier.

Sekolah Bisa and PAUD schools provide education and support to underprivileged children in Indonesia. Your monetary or physical donations can help provide them with basic necessities and resources that can make a significant difference in the lives of these children and help sustain their education.

Service Group : Plate for Purpose
Getting a loan from Project Donate really changed how our team approached Plate for Purpose. At first, we were worried about how to cover the upfront costs for ingredients and packaging given the prerequisites for service committee donations, but the quick approval process made it so easy to get started. Having access to immediate funds gave us the freedom to focus on the creative and service aspects of our project instead of stressing about money.
Managing the loan also pushed us to be more organized. We tracked every expense, planned our sales carefully, and learned what it takes to handle real financial responsibility. Thanks to the team, we were able to deliver meals to those in need while gaining valuable experience in budgeting .
Service Group : Baking Beanies
The Project Donate Capital Fund was such a huge help for Baking Beanies! We needed small seed money to buy ingredients, packaging materials, and baking tools, and the loan made that possible right from the start. Instead of waiting to fundraise, we could start baking, selling, and raising funds for our chosen cause almost immediately.
It also taught us accountability and added more layers to our service reflections on managebac — repaying the loan meant we had to plan our sales, budget carefully, and communicate clearly within our team. Overall, the team didn’t just guide and support our multiple service sales financially; it helped us develop real-world financial management skills and confidence in running a service initiative.
Service Group: PAUD Donations
Our PAUD Donations project benefitted so much from Project Donate. We wanted to support a local early childhood education center but didn’t have the initial funds to buy supplies and materials. The loan allowed us to act quickly and make an immediate impact on the children and teachers we were helping.
What stood out the most was how easy and student-friendly the process was — no complicated fundraising approval, just a clear and supportive system that also guided us to manage our finances responsibly post-loan. Through this, we learned the importance of budgeting, accountability, and planning ahead. We’re so grateful to Project Donate for empowering us to make a real difference while building practical financial skills along the way.
